Customers can take advantage of the RedWave Networks Africa’s operations team by having us monitor their systems. Hence customers do not need to have people on site 24/7. Our own developed monitoring and management system is deployed on site that reports to our operations center. We will monitor and notify of any issues and can manage equipment remotely if desired.
